How to analyse results In PatSnap Chemical

Once you have performed your search, the results page can provide multiple pieces of information.

A useful tool on this page is the "Analysis" button.

 

This button takes all the results of the search and provides visual breakdowns for analysis.

As you can see from the above, there are 6 sections available to investigate. All of the results is based on the patents that contain the searched structured/similar structures.

Each of these can be viewed in more detail and are linked to the patents associated.

For example below.

 

Clicking onto the box highlighted will refine your current search to patents that fall into the Antineoplastic Agents IPC that contains the original structure you searched for, for this example "Aspirin".
