Often with design patents, some jurisdictions will add an additional letter to the country code, for instance, United States design patents start "USD...", Taiwanese designs are "TWD...". With European patents, the code starts "EM0...". Other jurisdictions will not change the prefix code to differentiate between design and full patents.
