The Antibody-Target Predictor AI Agent is a powerful tool designed to validate and screen antibody-target relationships to accelerate candidate selection in the antibody development process.

By leveraging curated antibody R&D content—including antibody-antigen pairings, epitopes, sequences, and affinity data—the AI Agent helps teams predict and rank antibody candidates, enabling faster, more confident decisions while reducing development risks and costs.

Here’s how the Antibody-Target Predictor works:

2. Automated Data Retrieval

   • Searches internal antibody R&D data for matches to the target

   • Performs BLAST search to find similar antibodies (if sequences provided)

3. Affinity Scoring

   

   • Retrieves available antibody-target affinity data

   • Ranks antibodies based on affinity scores

4. Comprehensive Ranking
    

   

   • Uses affinity, epitope binding, and sequence similarity to produce a robust shortlist

5. Final Output
    

   • A Shareable report with:
