To export everything from the workspace to a spreadsheet, firstly make sure you are exporting all the patents. You can do this by going from 1 to "*" where * represents the total number of patents in the folder. Secondly, select what format you would like to use. Next, select which fields you would like to export. Once you have done this click "Export".
