PatSnap is making some additions to our Account Management team to ensure you get the best possible support. As a result, you might be assigned a new Account Manager.

Q: Why is my Account Manager changing?
A: We have expanded our Customer Success team to better service our global remit of customers. By expanding our team, we have needed to make some structural changes to provide our customers with an excellent level of customer service.
Q: What do I need to do next?
A: Nothing. Your current Account Manager will reach out to you shortly and introduce your new Account Manager.
Q: When should I hear from my new Account Manager?
A: Within the next 7 days your current Account Manager should contact you with an introduction to your new Account Manager, at which point your new Account Manager would love to schedule an introductory call with you.
Q: Who do I contact if I would like to talk with a PatSnap representative today?
A: Please feel free to reach out to your current Account Manager or reach out to our support team at email@example.com
Q: Who do I reach out to if I have a product related query?
A: Our Support Team is available at firstname.lastname@example.org. They're always happy to help!
Q: Who will be handling the renewal of my contract moving forward?
A: Your new Account Manager will be responsible for handling your renewal contract and any other matter relating to your partnership with PatSnap.
Q: Is anything changing with my current contract?
A: No. Our Customer Success team remains available at your convenience. Please contact your previous Account Manager or email@example.com should you have any questions or need any additional support, training or workshops.
Q: I do not know who my new Account Manager is?
A: That is perfectly okay. Let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to put you in contact with your new Account Manager.
