There are many tasks that can be kept track of when modifying Workspaces – tasks that can be tracked are the following below:
- Patent Tasks
- Deletion
- Copying
- Movement
- Importing
- Folder Tasks
- Deletion

- Batch Custom Field Editing
- Custom Field Rule Creation
- Smart Custom Field Creation
- Custom Field Editing by Family
- Custom Field Conversion
- Workspace Transfer
- Admin Management
These tasks can be managed through the Workspace activity log, located in the left menu bar of the Workspaces screen.
The Workspace activity is displayed in four columns, with sections for the Task, Workspace, Start/End time, and Status.
The activity log can be configured to display just one task type for easier refinement, by clicking on the “All task types” dropdown menu.
The activity log can also be configured to display just the status type as well for easier refinement, by clicking on the “All statuses” dropdown menu.
Lastly, Workspace activity can also be deleted on an individual basis or in bulk.
