Contacting PatSnap Customer Support
How can PatSnap help me?
If you are looking for help with the use of PatSnap, there are a few different ways you can do this both by supporting yourself or receiving the support direct from us:
- Search or ask a question within the Help Center or Community
- Leave a message for us within the platform
- Contact us separately
1. Search or ask a question within the Help Center or Community
If you perform a search at the top of the page within either the Help Center or Community, then we will bring you back results from both but you are also able to split your results out to just articles or just posts.
You are also able to ask a question in Community, either by creating a new post or by commenting on one that has already been created.
2. Leave a message for us within the platform
If you click on the widget in the bottom-right of any area of the platform, then you will be able to start a live chat with us. If there isn't anyone online, then it will send us an email, which we will respond back to later.
We perservere to be online from 9 AM-10 PM UK time (4 AM-5 PM Eastern time).
It is also worth noting that you can search within the Help Center using this widget.
3. Contact us separately
There are a couple of other ways to contact us separately.
Firstly, you can send us an email using help@patsnap.com.
Secondly, you can submit a request to us via the form within the Help Center.
