Workspace Sharing Permissions

Different permissions

When sharing a workspace, users can choose the permissions levels the recipient has over the shared workspace. 

 

There are 4 different permission levels (note that when sharing a Company Workspace, you only have the first 3 permission levels):

  1. Read only 
  2. Editor 
  3. Administrator
  4. Customize   

 

Read only 

Like the name suggests, read-only users can only read records, comments, and custom fields.

Editor

Editors have more control over the workspace compared to read-only users, where they can edit records, comments, and custom field values. As well as being able to create additional folders in the workspace.

Administrator

Administrators have full control over the workspace.
