  • Open Eureka.

Scroll down and select Markush Claim Drafting Tool.
  • On the new page, upload your structures using the upload button at the bottom of the screen.

You can upload up to 1,000 structures.

    Supported file formats:

    MOL

    CDX

    SDF

    Word

    Excel

When your files are ready, click Go to begin analysis.
  • After analysis, the tool generates three Markush structures.

    Option 1 is the broadest.

Option 3 covers fewer of the compounds you specified.

Use these options to compare scope and select the best starting point.
  • If you want to change the input set, use the top-right corner to edit the structure list.

You can modify individual compounds from there.

If you want to adjust the Markush output itself, click the edit button in the bottom-right of the structure window.

Refine the draft until it matches your intended claim scope.
  • Once you are satisfied with the output, click Confirm to move to the final step.

The tool will then generate a draft of Claim 1.

Wait a few moments for the draft to appear.
  • Scroll down to review the details of the drafted claim.

Export both files with one click.

This completes the workflow: from raw structures to a Markush Claim 1 draft.
