The platform offers multiple tools and search engines. - In the bottom right corner, there is a pop-up button to access the help team.
Start a conversation with the AI chatbot for resources and recommendations.
If needed, create a ticket for assistance from a real support team member.
Alternatively, access the help center via the question mark button in the top right corner. - Use the help center to search for specific questions or topics.
Example: Search for "simple families" to find relevant articles. - View the extensive patent data available in the database.
Click to see data from different patent offices and jurisdictions, including legal data and literature. - The simple search is available but not recommended for beginners.
Instead, use the field search for more effective results. - Expand the sidebar to access the field search.
