  • Navigate to the bottom right corner of the page to find the help bubble.

    Use the AI-powered chatbot to ask questions and receive solutions.

  • Locate the 9-grid icon in the top right-hand corner to navigate between Synapse and other products.
  • Click on the question mark icon next to the 9-grid to access the Help Center.

    Search for help guides related to all products or navigate through product links.
  • Use the search bar in the Help Center to find specific resources, such as 'drug screening'.

    Alternatively, reach out to the product support team for additional questions.
  • Under the Help Center, click on the data coverage page to view available data types.

    Review the sources of data, update frequency, and the date of the most recent update.
  • Use the large search bar in the middle of the homepage to begin your searches.

    Input any relevant entity such as a drug name, company name, or clinical trial reference number.
  • After initiating a search, analyze the results to identify relevant endpoints.
