An overview report that will be on your results page will allow you to analyze variations of each position of the hit sequence. You will get a button at the top of the page that says variation analysis report. All you need to do is input the location, and the region of the sequence to be analyzed so, for example, if you want to look for where variations exist between points 1 and 15, you can do that and then you get a report generated like the following:
Here you can see the different colors, where a darker color means there is more variation within the residue. It will be helpful if you are looking for particular mutations in specific positions, which will allow you to break them down and visualize them. This gives you more control over the sequence search as not all mutations are equal and allows for visualization of sequence variants.
