How do you enter Workspaces on Eureka by Patsnap?

On the Eureka by Patsnap homepage, click the 9-grid button in the bottom left corner of the page and select "Workspace".

 

How does Eureka by Patsnap download patents?

You can download a single patent on the patent details page by clicking on "View PDF". Currently, Eureka by Patsnap supports saving patents to a Workspace for interpretation.

 

Does Eureka by Patsnap have a Workspace?

Eureka by Patsnap products do have access to Workspaces. Creating, editing, and deleting workspaces are supported. If you only have Eureka by Patsnap permissions, you will still have Workspace function. If you have both Analytics and Eureka by Patsnap licenses, the Workspace created in the Analytics database can also be seen in Eureka by Patsnap.

 

Is the Eureka by Patsnap Workspace the same as the Analytics Workspace? 

The Eureka by Patsnap Workspace and the Analytics Workspace are the same. You can change the default patent view in the workspace settings to Analytics, or to Eureka by Patsnap, depending on your Patsnap license.  

 

When searching with a company name, does the search results include subsidiary data?

Subsidiary data is not included in a company search.  

 

Is subsidiary data included when using the Monitoring tool?

Subsidiary data is included in the Monitoring tool.  

 

My company said that the Eureka by Patsnap trial has been opened, what is the login password?

You can visit https://eureka.patsnap.com/ and log in to Eureka by Patsnap by clicking "Forgot Password" on this page.

 

Does Eureka by Patsnap have an online translation function?

The Eureka by Patsnap patent view page offers an online translation feature. On the patent view page, click the “English Translation” button in the top horizontal bar to switch between the original language and the Chinese, English, or Japanese translations to view the corresponding details.

 

Can Eureka by Patsnap also search for pictures?

In the search box, click the camera icon in the right area of the search box, upload a picture of the product, and search for a design or utility model patent.

 

Where can I find the citing parties of patent citations in Eureka by Patsnap?

In the patent details, click "Cites" and "Cited by" above the drawings to view a list of patents that have cited your document or been cited by your document.  

 

How does Eureka by Patsnap draw a technology roadmap? How do I use the technology roadmap? Is there a detailed technical roadmap usage guide?

Eureka by Patsnap's "Industry Technology Roadmap" R&D tool supports drawing technology roadmaps through technical topics/keywords/enterprise/technology cycle dimensions. The system can generate roadmaps for multiple technology branches according to the classification of application fields, helping R&D engineers to better understand technological developments. Where is the history entry? Does Eureka by Patsnap have a retrieval history function?

Click your initial in the bottom-left corner of the home page and select "History" from the drop-down menu.  

 

What does owner mean? What does patentee mean?

Provided by Eureka by Patsnap, "Owner" Filtering is a unified and standardized process based on the original data of the patent applicant/right holder, and a unified process for punctuation, capitalization, abbreviations, translations, company suffixes, etc., which is convenient for users to view and analyze.

 

Where is the Eureka by Patsnap literature data source? What are the advantages?

Our literature data sources include MAG, Crossref, etc. Like Google Scholar, we also have more than 100 million papers, covering journal papers, conference papers, dissertations, preprints, and other document types, and also provide multiple links to jump to publisher pages or full-text pages. It is worth mentioning that we have included Crossref data, which is the official organization of DOI, so we can directly obtain data from publishers, for example, we may have more advantages in terms of DOI coverage. In addition, Google Scholar is a paper search website, and its positioning is more inclined to search for papers and provide a path for publishers' links; while our development direction is more inclined to mine the content of papers and how allow users to locate target papers. For example, we use machine learning and expert labeling technology to provide data such as standardization of technical topics and authors/institutions, and we will continue to optimize and improve in this direction.

 

Where can I find Eureka by Patsnap results after saving them?

I have a patent reminder set up, how do I delete unnecessary technical words?

Currently, Eureka by Patsnap supports setting email reminders based on retrieval results. It does not support deleting or modifying the keywords of the search type at the moment, you can reset the search type to search and then set a new email reminder.

 

Can the Eureka by Patsnap result page support secondary filtering by entering keywords?

Currently, secondary filtering using keywords is not supported. 

 

What is the time retrieval logic of the monitoring board in recent months?

What is tracked is the changing dynamics of the past 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.

 

Can monitoring be exported?

Export is currently not supported.
